Responsabilités clés :
Traiter et vérifier les factures des fournisseurs : garantir une saisie précise et opportune dans l'ERP avec une documentation complète.
Gérer les fiches fournisseurs et les paiements : tenir à jour la base de données fournisseurs, préparer les échéanciers de paiement et assurer les règlements dans les délais.
Réconcilier les comptes fournisseurs : rapprocher les relevés fournisseurs, enquêter et résoudre les écarts.
Assurer la conformité fiscale : appliquer et reverser la TVA, la retenue à la source et autres taxes conformément à la réglementation.
Soutenir la clôture mensuelle et les audits : fournir des échéanciers précis, des rapprochements et de la documentation pour les rapports et les audits.

Diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance, commerce ou domaine connexe.
Certification CPA (K), ACCA ou équivalent (les finalistes sont encouragés).
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité, de préférence dans un environnement de vente au détail ou de grande consommation.
Expérience pratique en comptes fournisseurs et rapprochements fournisseurs.
Solide connaissance des réglementations fiscales kenyanes (TVA, retenue à la source, PAYE, eTIMS).

Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, analyse de données).
Souci du détail et précision.
Solides compétences analytiques et de rapprochement.
Connaissance des IFRS et des contrôles financiers.
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
Capacité à gérer les priorités et à respecter les délais.
