MGK Transpovision 19 Ltd, société opérant dans la location de véhicules et les services de taxi basée à Kigali, recrute dix (10) chauffeurs expérimentés souhaitant un contrat de location-vente (gupatana) d'une durée de 3 à 7 ans, avec un versement mensuel compris entre 37 000 et 50 000 RWF selon la catégorie choisie.
Exigences pour les candidats :
Permis de conduire valide de catégorie B ou C, en cours de validité et autorisé au Rwanda.
Expérience minimale de 3 ans de conduite, notamment dans le transport de taxi.
Bonne connaissance des routes de Kigali.
Bonne santé physique et mentale, capacité à travailler à des horaires variés.
Âge compris entre 25 et 55 ans.
Savoir lire et écrire en Kinyarwanda ; la connaissance de l'anglais est un plus.
Avoir terminé au moins l'école secondaire (Secondary School).
Intégrité morale, honnêteté et respect des horaires.
Propreté personnelle et du véhicule conduit.
Disponibilité à travailler à des horaires variés, y compris les week-ends ou la nuit selon les besoins.
Fournir un certificat de célibat ou de mariage.
Atouts supplémentaires :
Expérience antérieure dans une société de transport ou une compagnie de taxi.
Connaissances de base en mécanique pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes de véhicule.
Études universitaires (selon la catégorie).
Note importante : Les candidats retenus devront verser un dépôt compris entre 1 000 000 et 3 000 000 RWF avant de recevoir le véhicule. Ce dépôt sera remboursé après une certaine période de travail, une fois le contrat de location-vente terminé et les conditions remplies.
