Job Summary

The Agency Supervisor / Network Coordinator will oversee branch operations, monitor network performance, supervise agency activities, coordinate operational plans, and ensure achievement of organizational objectives. The successful candidate will support branch growth, staff performance, compliance monitoring, customer relationship management, and operational reporting within the microfinance network. This role is suitable for professionals with expertise in banking operations, microfinance management, financial supervision, branch coordination, team leadership, and operational planning.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Agency Supervision & Operations Management Supervise and manage agency and branch operations Develop annual schedules for branch visits and monitor implementation Ensure effective monitoring of agreements and operational activities Support network teams in achieving operational and financial targets Coordinate branch performance reviews and operational reporting

Network Performance Monitoring Monitor quantitative and qualitative performance indicators Analyze operational achievements and identify performance gaps Develop and implement corrective action plans where necessary Ensure continuous reporting to the Operations Manager Support compliance with company procedures and banking regulations

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in: Finance Banking Economics Business Management Or related fields

Experience Requirements

Required Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in: Banking operations Microfinance supervision Financial services management Agency or branch coordination Customer service and operations support

Preferred Experience Experience within microfinance institutions or commercial banks Exposure to operational planning and branch performance management Familiarity with banking systems and financial reporting tools Experience in staff supervision and training

Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail Proficiency in technological and banking tools

Language Requirements Candidates must be able to: Speak and write fluent French (mandatory) Communicate effectively in English Speak Kinyarwanda fluently
