Ensure proper execution of preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unexpected breakdowns. Coordinate corrective maintenance activities to maintain operational efficiency. Team Leadership & Supervision Assign daily maintenance tasks to technicians and maintenance staff. Supervise, guide, and evaluate maintenance teams to ensure quality performance. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Equipment Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in machinery and equipment. Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns and coordinate fast repair solutions. Identify root causes of recurring technical issues and recommend improvements. Quality & Safety Management Inspect completed maintenance work to ensure quality standards are achieved. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures across all maintenance activities.
