Role Purpose The Head of Business Development will spearhead the transformation and leadership of PIT’s resource mobilization efforts, ensuring the generation of appropriate, diverse, and strategically aligned income growth in accordance with the Country Strategy. Beyond its core fundraising responsibilities, this position will establish PIT as a premier collaborator in championing children’s rights, gender equality, girls’ rights, and youth empowerment through strategic initiatives that foster lasting partnerships and drive meaningful impact.

- Maintaining financial stability amid a declining and evolving donor environment The successful candidate will be instrumental in addressing challenges posed by diminishing traditional funding sources, growing localization initiatives, and intensifying competition, while simultaneously exploring innovative financing avenues such as private capital, climate finance, and blended finance models.
