Scope This position involves overseeing, maintaining, and optimizing packaging line equipment to ensure the timely, efficient, and safe delivery of high-quality products. The role encompasses executing production tasks in full compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational regulations, while fostering collaborative problem-solving and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Purpose of role You will oversee the operation and upkeep of machinery, execute autonomous maintenance procedures, ensure quality at the source, and assist the Asset Care team with maintenance tasks. Top accountabilities Startup, operates, shuts down, and monitors equipment performance in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensures strict compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols and established standards at all times.

Formation / Diplômes

• Ensure the precise input and regular updating of information on designated reporting systems. Uphold stringent cleanliness protocols by ensuring equipment and its immediate environment remain consistently sanitized and orderly. Delivers products that strictly adhere to established quality standards, executing all Quality at Source tasks with precision and diligence. Operate machinery in strict adherence to specified design parameters to ensure optimal performance and safety. Ensures all machinery under their supervision is maintained appropriately and operates safely at all times. Performs comprehensive look-listen-feel inspections of equipment and submits work requests as part of Condition Based Monitoring protocols. Accomplishes equipment changeovers and executes necessary adjustments with precision and efficiency.
• Carry out Autonomous Maintenance tasks, including CULT procedures and LOTTO implementation as required. Provide assistance with Asset care activities during both scheduled maintenance and unscheduled breakdowns. Upon identification of any process deviation or breakdown, it is essential to follow the escalation matrix to ensure timely resolution and minimize operational disruptions. Utilizes diagnostic tools and systematic approaches to address and resolve situational challenges efficiently. Adherence to the Quality Triggers outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is required. Adhere to MMS Best Practices as the standard operating procedure and maintain their consistent application. Adopt and utilize all digital systems and platforms, such as Orbit, Hartford, and STRATA, as mandated Ways of Working to ensure alignment with business processes.

Implement cost-effective operational strategies to minimize waste, covering resources such as water, energy, time, materials, and extraction processes. Raise PM notifications and provide feedback on completed work orders within the SAP system to ensure accurate documentation and process efficiency. Qualifications:

FTC or Diploma in mechanical/electrical Skills & Experience: Requires a minimum of one year of hands-on experience with machinery and autonomous maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
