The Mobilization Lead partners with youth-led organizations spanning diverse regions to advance advocacy campaigns and initiatives, enhancing their reach and fostering connections with key decision-makers. In this capacity, the position engages closely with MCP Regional Representatives to reinforce regional networks, synchronize collective efforts, and amplify youth-led perspectives to shape migration policy and practice. Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Lead cross-functional teams to drive project milestones, optimize workflows, and maintain high standards of performance across departments. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and risk management. Collaborate with senior leadership to align initiatives with long-term business goals and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a primary liaison with external partners, clients, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless communication and uphold organizational reputation. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and corporate governance frameworks while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Facilitate strategic alliances between youth organizations and MCP’s thematic and advocacy frameworks, specifically THINK and DELIVER, to strengthen collaborative engagement. You will assist youth-led organizations by providing guidance and resources to develop and execute advocacy campaigns and initiatives effectively. Work collaboratively with the Capacity Building Focal Point and Regional Representatives to ensure alignment of outreach initiatives across all regions. Explore avenues to develop collaborative campaigns, solidarity initiatives, and unified mobilization efforts focused on migration-related challenges. Ensure alignment of regional campaigns with MCP’s overarching global priorities and advocacy frameworks. Assist in the implementation of capacity-building programs aimed at enhancing campaigning and advocacy competencies within member organizations. Promote youth-led initiatives by leveraging MCP communications and visibility strategies to amplify their impact and reach.
