Specific Responsibilities Identify potential civil servants eligible for payroll loans through various channels, such as physical visits, online search, referrals, and networking events. Establish and maintain relationships with civil servants, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions. Stay up-to-date on loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients. Conduct needs assessments to determine the most suitable loan options for civil servants, considering factors like income, expenses, and credit history.
