Establish and maintain relationships with civil servants, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions. Stay up-to-date on loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients. Conduct needs assessments to determine the most suitable loan options for civil servants, considering factors like income, expenses, and credit history. Assist civil servants with loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time. Promote loan products to civil servants, highlighting benefits like instant loan processing, competitive interest rates, flexible repayment terms, and convenient payroll deductions.
