** PAJO Investments recherche un Building Finishing Foreman hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour superviser, coordonner et exécuter tous les travaux de finition de bâtiments sur des projets de construction résidentiels et commerciaux. Le candidat retenu veillera à ce que toutes les activités de finition soient réalisées selon les normes de qualité les plus élevées, dans les délais impartis et en conformité avec les réglementations de santé et de sécurité.
Responsabilités clés
- Superviser et coordonner tous les travaux de finition de bâtiments sur les chantiers de construction.
- Lire et interpréter les plans architecturaux, structurels et de finition.
- Planifier, programmer et répartir les tâches quotidiennes aux artisans et ouvriers.
- Surveiller la qualité du travail et s'assurer que toutes les finitions répondent aux spécifications du projet et aux normes de qualité.
- Superviser les travaux de plâtrage, d'enduit, de crépissage et de chape.
- Superviser les finitions de sol, y compris les carreaux céramiques, les carreaux de porcelaine, le terrazzo, le pavage et les finitions en béton.
- Superviser les installations de plafond, y compris les plafonds en plâtre, PVC, suspendus et décoratifs.
- Superviser les travaux de peinture, de décoration, d'étanchéité et de préparation des surfaces.
- Coordonner l'installation des portes, fenêtres, quincaillerie, vitrage et accessoires de finition.
- Superviser les travaux de menuiserie et d'ébénisterie, y compris les cuisines, armoires, placards, étagères, plans de travail et autres meubles intégrés.
- Superviser l'installation de plomberie et d'accessoires sanitaires, y compris les salles de bains, cuisines, réservoirs d'eau, systèmes de drainage et accessoires.
- Coordonner les travaux de finition électrique, y compris les interrupteurs, prises, luminaires, tableaux de distribution et accessoires électriques finaux.
- Superviser les travaux de finition extérieure, y compris les murs de clôture, clôtures ornementales, pavage, aménagement paysager et peinture extérieure.
- Inspecter les travaux terminés, identifier les défauts et assurer leur rectification en temps utile avant la remise.
- Assurer une utilisation efficace des matériaux de construction, outils et équipements tout en minimisant le gaspillage.
- Préparer des rapports quotidiens d'avancement des travaux et communiquer les mises à jour du projet à l'ingénieur de site ou au chef de projet.
- Assurer en permanence le respect des réglementations en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.**

- Diplôme en gestion de la construction, technologie du bâtiment, génie civil, économie de la construction ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Un certificat TEVET ou une qualification équivalente en construction de bâtiments, maçonnerie, menuiserie et ébénisterie, ou dans un métier connexe sera un atout supplémentaire.
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la supervision de travaux de finition de bâtiments sur des projets résidentiels ou commerciaux.
- Bonne connaissance des matériaux de construction, des techniques de finition et des normes de qualité de construction.
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans architecturaux et de construction.**

PAJO Investments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Finishing Foreman to supervise, coordinate, and execute all building finishing works on residential and commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all finishing activities are completed to the highest quality standards, within project timelines, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all building finishing works on construction sites. Read and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawings. Plan, schedule, and allocate daily tasks to artisans and labourers. Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishes meet project specifications and quality standards. Oversee plastering, skimming, rendering, and screeding works. Supervise floor finishes, including ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, terrazzo, paving, and concrete finishes. Oversee ceiling installations, including gypsum, PVC, suspended, and decorative ceilings. Supervise painting, decorating, waterproofing, and surface preparation works. Coordinate installation of doors, windows, ironmongery, glazing, and finishing hardware. Supervise carpentry and joinery works, including kitchen units, wardrobes, cabinets, shelving, countertops, and other fitted furniture. Oversee plumbing and sanitary fixture installation, including bathrooms, kitchens, water tanks, drainage systems, and accessories. Coordinate electrical finishing works, including switches, sockets, light fittings, distribution boards, and final electrical fixtures. Supervise external finishing works, including boundary walls, ornamental fencing, paving, landscaping, and external painting. Inspect completed work, identify defects, and ensure timely rectification before handover. Ensure efficient use of construction materials, tools, and equipment while minimizing wastage. Prepare daily site progress reports and communicate project updates to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Enforce compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Profil recherché
Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. TEVET Certificate or equivalent qualification in Building Construction, Bricklaying, Carpentry & Joinery, or related trades will be an added advantage. Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising building finishing works on residential or commercial projects. Sound knowledge of building materials, finishing techniques, and construction quality standards. Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
