Description Panagora Group, a woman- and employee-owned small business specializing in global health and foreign assistance, seeks Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Deployment for an anticipated multi-year Global Technical Support Services (TSS) Project funded by the U.S. Department of State/Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD) . TSS will provide a broad range of on-demand professional services that strengthen the Department of State’s capacity to plan, implement, manage, evaluate, and oversee critical life-saving foreign assistance programs, including global health and humanitarian initiatives, and related operational activities. TSS will provide rapid access to specialized expertise and scalable third party contracted personnel solutions to enhance operational efficiency, accountability, and data-driven decision-making in support of Department of State priorities.
