Missions
Répondre aux demandes, résoudre les problèmes et aider les autres membres du personnel à assurer la satisfaction des clients. Assurer un accès rapide des patients aux soins en coordonnant les rendez-vous afin de réduire les temps d'attente. Soutenir les patients lors des visites à l'hôpital en les aidant à se repérer, en veillant à leur confort et en répondant à leurs besoins particuliers. Recueillir et rapporter les retours des patients en menant des enquêtes et en identifiant les axes d'amélioration. Gérer et traiter les préoccupations des patients rapidement, en les escaladant si nécessaire. Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de rétablissement du service en suggérant et en suivant les solutions pour les patients insatisfaits. Piloter des initiatives d'amélioration de la qualité en recommandant et en mettant en œuvre des améliorations du service. Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées pour soutenir les efforts d'expérience patient à l'échelle de l'hôpital.

Diplôme minimum de niveau bac+2 (diploma ou degree) dans un domaine pertinent. Au moins un (1) an d'expérience pertinente en service client, ainsi que de solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication. La maîtrise de l'anglais est souhaitée. Être disponible et prêt à travailler avec des horaires flexibles, y compris des nuits. Âge de préférence entre 22 et 27 ans.

St. Catherine’s Hospital is hiring a Customer Service Assistant to provide quality customer care services and support to clients /patients and colleagues. Key Duties and Responsibilities: This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and aiding other staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure timely patient access to care by coordinating appointments to reduce clients’ waiting time. Support patients during hospital visits by assisting with navigation, comfort and special needs. Collect and report patients feedback through conducting surveys and identifying areas for improvement. Manage and address patient concerns promptly while escalating the same whenever necessary. Implement service recovery strategies by suggesting and following up solutions for dissatisfied patients. Drive quality improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing service enhancements. Perform additional duties as assigned to support hospital-wide patient experience efforts. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: At least a minimum of a diploma or degree in a relevant field. At least one (1) year of relevant customer service experience, and strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in English is desired. Must be willing and able to work with flexible schedules, including night shifts. Should preferably be between 22 – 27 years of age. Sharing is Caring!
