Required Skills Proficiency in both computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, as well as expertise in communication hardware and software, access control systems, and CCTV systems, is essential. Tasks & Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on computer hardware and software systems while delivering technical support to end users to ensure seamless operation of these technologies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for computer hardware, associated components, and their current status. Proficient in the installation, maintenance, modification, and upgrade of server software and hardware, including operating systems, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
