Required Skills Proficient in both computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, as well as communication hardware and software, access control systems, and CCTV systems. Tasks & Responsibilities Install, repair, and modify computer hardware and software systems while offering technical support to end users to ensure seamless operation of these technologies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for computer hardware, associated components, and their current statuses. Proficient in deploying, managing, updating, and enhancing server infrastructure, including operating systems, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
