Le titulaire du poste sera chargé de déterminer la quantité et la qualité requises des matériaux, ainsi que les coûts de main-d'œuvre et les délais d'achèvement des projets, en effectuant des calculs précis. Il collaborera à la rédaction des contrats en spécifiant les quantités exactes de matériaux nécessaires. Il réalisera des évaluations de coûts régulières pour les activités de maintenance et de réparation, afin d'assurer l'efficacité budgétaire et opérationnelle. Il mènera des analyses de faisabilité complètes pour évaluer le bien-fondé des propositions des clients, en veillant à ce que toutes les demandes soient examinées en profondeur pour leur viabilité et leurs résultats potentiels. Il effectuera une analyse approfondie des livrables achevés et facilitera le décaissement des paiements aux entrepreneurs conformément aux termes et calendriers établis. Il réalisera des évaluations complètes de site, des analyses détaillées et élaborera des projections précises pour les projets à venir. En outre, le titulaire pourra se voir confier diverses autres tâches pertinentes au poste, jugées nécessaires par le superviseur.
Qualifications minimales :
Les candidats doivent posséder un diplôme de licence en Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Construction Management, Building Survey, ou une qualification équivalente délivrée par un établissement accrédité. De plus, ils doivent être inscrits en tant que Graduate Quantity Surveyors auprès des Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Boards (AQB), avec un minimum de trois ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
