Quantity Surveyor II Construction Posted May 30, 2026 Duties & Responsibilities To determine the required quantity and quality of materials, as well as labor costs and project completion timelines, accurate calculations must be performed. To collaborate on drafting contracts by specifying the precise quantities of materials required. Conduct routine cost evaluations for maintenance and repair activities to ensure budgetary efficiency and operational effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses to evaluate the merits of client proposals, ensuring all requests are thoroughly assessed for viability and potential outcomes. Conduct a thorough analysis of completed deliverables and facilitate the disbursement of payments to contractors in accordance with established terms and schedules. Conduct comprehensive site evaluations, perform detailed analyses, and develop accurate projections for upcoming projects. Additionally, the incumbent may be tasked with various other duties pertinent to the role as deemed necessary by the Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, Construction Management, Building Survey, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution. Additionally, they should be registered as Graduate Quantity Surveyors with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Boards (AQB), with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
