Develop and sustain automated test scripts to validate user interface functionality, application programming interface performance, and system integration integrity. Integrating automated testing into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to facilitate ongoing testing processes. Identifying, documenting, logging, monitoring, and retesting defects while providing clear insights into their root causes. Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues through systematic debugging and implementing effective corrective measures. Responsibilities include monitoring critical quality metrics, such as defect leakage rates, test coverage levels, and overall release readiness to ensure alignment with established standards. Provide assistance with production incidents by performing Level 2 and Level 3 support tasks, as well as verifying the implementation of resolutions. Continuously enhancing test methodologies, refining user stories, and elevating the overall quality of solutions remain key priorities.
