Lwengo Pharmaceuticals Company Limited recherche un(e) Registered Nurse and Midwife (infirmier(ère) et sage-femme diplômé(e) d'État) pour renforcer son équipe de soins. Ce poste vise à offrir des services complets de santé reproductive et maternelle, incluant les soins prénatals, antepartum et post-partum, dans le respect des normes de sécurité et de qualité.

Missions

En tant que Registered Nurse and Midwife, vous serez amené(e) à :

Délivrer des soins infirmiers complets et des interventions adaptées aux besoins de chaque patient(e). Évaluer les besoins des patient(e)s, élaborer des plans de soins individualisés et fournir une éducation sur la préparation à l'accouchement, les soins aux nouveau-nés et le maintien de la santé des femmes. Collaborer avec les obstétriciens, pédiatres et autres spécialistes pour garantir des résultats optimaux pour les mères et les nourrissons. Administrer les médicaments et traitements prescrits par le personnel médical autorisé. Surveiller les constantes vitales et intervenir en urgence avec précision. Assurer une surveillance rigoureuse des conditions des patient(e)s et tenir à jour la documentation infirmière. Délivrer des soins prénatals, antepartum et postnatals complets, en veillant à des résultats de santé optimaux tout au long de la grossesse. Apporter un soutien lors des accouchements de routine ainsi que dans les situations urgentes de santé maternelle. Éduquer les patient(e)s sur les stratégies de promotion de la santé et les mesures de prévention des maladies. Respecter rigoureusement les protocoles de prévention des infections et les consignes de sécurité des patient(e)s en tout temps. Maintenir des dossiers médicaux précis et se tenir informé(e) des pratiques fondées sur des preuves pour améliorer les soins. Superviser un ensemble complet de tâches critiques englobant l'exécution de projets, la coordination d'équipe et l'engagement des parties prenantes pour assurer l'alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels. Développer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques qui améliorent l'efficacité opérationnelle, stimulent l'innovation et favorisent une croissance durable entre les départements. Servir d'intermédiaire principal entre la direction, les clients et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour faciliter une communication fluide, résoudre les problèmes escaladés et maintenir l'excellence du service. Surveiller les indicateurs clés de performance, analyser les tendances et fournir des recommandations basées sur les données pour optimiser les processus et atténuer les risques. Diriger des programmes de formation, encadrer le personnel junior et cultiver une culture de haute performance grâce à un feedback continu et des opportunités de développement professionnel. Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations du secteur, les politiques internes et les normes éthiques tout en maintenant une documentation méticuleuse et une préparation aux audits. Collaborer avec la direction senior pour aligner les objectifs départementaux sur la vision globale de l'entreprise, sécuriser les ressources et défendre les priorités stratégiques.

Diplôme d'État d'infirmier(ère) et/ou de sage-femme exigé. Licence en cours et en règle auprès de l'autorité professionnelle compétente exigée. Minimum d'un an d'expérience professionnelle pertinente requis pour ce poste. Solides compétences interpersonnelles et excellentes capacités de communication. Maintien des normes les plus élevées de conduite éthique et d'intégrité professionnelle essentiel. Un diplôme de troisième cycle est requis pour ce poste, avec une préférence pour les candidats titulaires d'un master ou d'un doctorat dans un domaine pertinent.
