Your primary focus will be capturing authentic farmer stories that illustrate the organization’s influence on individuals and future generations. Key Responsibilities: – High-Impact Filmmaking & Editing: Produce engaging, emotionally resonant video and audio content using DSLR and smartphone cameras. – Field Coordination: Organize and direct video shoots across all operational countries in collaboration with local teams. – Strategic Story Development: Build storyboards and scripts aligned with briefs post-shoot; subtitle videos in seven or more languages; re-edit content for varied purposes; and design bespoke motion graphics in line with brand guidelines. – Interview & Narrative Expertise: Identify and refine powerful field stories based on briefs; conduct interviews that elicit compelling, unique, and emotive responses to advance narrative arcs; analyze farmer reports to conceptualize potential storylines and tailor interviews accordingly. – Video Systems & Asset Management: Occasionally oversee freelancers or host donor-selected crews during shoots; maintain and organize One Acre Fund’s video archive and footage storage; establish and oversee a video production schedule to ensure transparency for stakeholders regarding upcoming projects.
