Responsibilities Professional Quality, On-Brand Storytelling Video Production – Capture high-quality, engaging, and emotionally resonant video and audio using DSLR and smartphone cameras. – Coordinate and direct video shoots across all operational countries in collaboration with local teams. Professional Quality, On-Brand Storytelling Video Editing – Develop storyboards and scripts aligned with briefs following field shoots. – Add subtitles in seven or more languages to videos. – Re-edit footage to serve multiple purposes. – Design customized motion graphics that align with brand guidelines. Professional Interviewing & Storytelling – Identify and cultivate compelling field stories based on provided briefs. – Conduct interviews that elicit authentic, emotionally compelling, and narrative-driven responses from interviewees. – Analyze farmer reports to visualize potential story arcs and develop targeted interviews to refine those narratives. Video Systems Ownership – Occasionally manage freelance teams or host donor-selected crews during filming. – Oversee One Acre Fund’s video archive and organize footage storage. – Develop and maintain the organization’s video production schedule, ensuring stakeholders remain informed about upcoming projects.
