Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund empowers 5.5 million smallholder farmers to enhance farm productivity. Operating in nine countries—home to two-thirds of Africa’s farmers—we deliver high-quality agricultural inputs, tree seedlings, accessible financing, modern agronomic training, and a comprehensive suite of farming services. Our approach consistently boosts farmer income and assets on cultivated land by over 35%, while fostering long-term resilience. This impact is made possible by our diverse team of more than 9,000 full-time professionals across various backgrounds. Career Development: We foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, offering weekly manager check-ins, mentorship and training opportunities, and regular performance feedback. Career reviews occur bi-annually, providing dedicated time to discuss professional aspirations and goals. This role presents the chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding organization and cultivate a meaningful, long-term career.
