Le poste
Nous recherchons un vidéaste et monteur vidéo qualifié pour produire du contenu de qualité professionnelle destiné aux initiatives de formation, aux campagnes marketing, aux efforts de collecte de fonds et aux communications de marque — le tout centré sur l'amplification de l'impact transformateur de notre travail, en particulier auprès des jeunes et des femmes agricultrices. Ce poste combine la narration, le changement de comportement social et l'expertise marketing pour créer des récits convaincants qui mettent en lumière l'impact de One Acre Fund aux niveaux individuel et générationnel.
Responsabilités principales
Production : Capturer des vidéos et de l'audio de haute qualité et émotionnellement percutants à l'aide d'appareils photo reflex numériques et de smartphones, tout en coordonnant et en dirigeant les sessions de tournage dans tous les pays d'opération en collaboration avec les équipes locales.
Montage : Élaborer des storyboards et des scripts conformes aux briefs de projet, sous-titrer des vidéos dans sept langues ou plus, et adapter les séquences à des fins variées grâce à des graphiques animés sur mesure et conformes à la marque.
Narration et interviews : Identifier et cultiver des histoires fortes sur le terrain, mener des interviews qui suscitent des réponses authentiques et convaincantes, et utiliser les rapports des agriculteurs pour esquisser des arcs narratifs potentiels avant d'affiner les interviews pour façonner ces récits.
Gestion des systèmes : Superviser occasionnellement des freelances ou accueillir des équipes spécifiées par les donateurs lors des tournages, maintenir et organiser les archives vidéo de One Acre Fund, et superviser le calendrier de production vidéo pour tenir les parties prenantes informées des projets à venir.

Key Responsibilities: – Production: Capture high-quality, emotionally resonant video and audio using DSLR and smartphone cameras, while coordinating and directing filming sessions across all operational countries in collaboration with local teams. – Editing: Develop storyboards and scripts aligned with project briefs, subtitle videos in seven or more languages, and adapt footage for varied purposes through on-brand, bespoke motion graphics. – Storytelling & Interviewing: Identify and cultivate strong field-based stories, conduct interviews that elicit compelling, authentic responses, and use farmer reports to outline potential story arcs before refining interviews to shape those narratives. – Systems Management: Occasionally oversee freelancers or host donor-specified crews during shoots, maintain and organize One Acre Fund’s video archives, and oversee the video production schedule to keep stakeholders informed of upcoming projects.
