Your primary focus will be documenting farmer stories that illustrate both immediate and generational impacts of our programs. Key Responsibilities: – Production: Capture visually striking, emotionally resonant video and audio using DSLR and smartphone cameras; coordinate and direct shoots across all operational countries in collaboration with local teams. – Editing: Develop storyboards and scripts aligned with project briefs; subtitle videos in seven or more languages; repurpose footage for varied applications; and design bespoke motion graphics that maintain brand consistency. – Storytelling & Interviews: Identify and cultivate impactful field stories based on briefs; conduct interviews that extract compelling, authentic responses to advance narrative arcs; analyze farmer reports to conceptualize potential storylines and refine interview strategies accordingly. – Systems Management: Oversee freelancers or donor-designated crews during shoots; curate and maintain One Acre Fund’s video archives; establish and manage the organization’s video production schedule to ensure transparency for stakeholders.
