Sous contrat à durée déterminée d'un an basé à Rumphi, ces postes relèvent du chef de chantier ou du directeur de site au sein du département des installations et machines/opérations. La responsabilité principale consiste à conduire un camion-benne de manière sécurisée et efficace pour transporter des matériaux de construction tels que le sable, les produits de carrière, la terre et les débris, tout en respectant strictement les règles de sécurité routière et les protocoles de l'entreprise.
Les tâches clés incluent la conduite du camion-benne pour les livraisons et collectes de matériaux, la garantie d'un transport sécurisé sans déversement ni dommage, la réalisation d'inspections approfondies avant et après le trajet des composants du véhicule (freins, pneus, huile, feux, carburant, etc.), et la coordination du chargement et du déchargement avec le personnel du site. Le poste exige également la tenue de registres précis des livraisons, de la consommation de carburant et du kilométrage, ainsi que le respect de toutes les lois sur la circulation et des normes de santé et sécurité au travail. De plus, l'opérateur doit signaler rapidement tout accident, panne ou problème mécanique, maintenir le véhicule propre, assurer un entretien régulier, suivre les instructions du superviseur et du répartiteur, et effectuer toute autre tâche assignée selon les besoins.

Candidates must possess a Malawi School Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification, hold a valid Malawian driver’s licence for heavy-duty vehicles (Class C or G), and demonstrate at least two to five years of hands-on experience operating tipper trucks or similar heavy vehicles, supported by a clean driving record free of serious traffic violations.
