Présentation du poste Irembo Ltd recherche un développeur IT talentueux et motivé pour rejoindre son équipe technologique en pleine croissance. Le candidat retenu participera à la conception, au développement, au déploiement et à la maintenance d'applications logicielles modernes soutenant des plateformes numériques à grande échelle et des services d'entreprise. Responsabilités principales
- Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications logicielles de niveau entreprise.
- Participer à des projets de développement full stack, de la conception au déploiement.
- Construire des API évolutives et des services backend.
- Implémenter des solutions de développement web sécurisées et efficaces.
- Collaborer avec les équipes UI/UX pour améliorer les expériences numériques.
- Effectuer des revues de code et maintenir les normes de codage.
- Assister l'administration de bases de données et l'optimisation des applications.
- Développer des intégrations avec des systèmes tiers et des services cloud.
- Résoudre les problèmes logiciels et fournir un support technique.
- Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de développement.
- Participer aux cérémonies Agile et aux activités de planification de sprint.Qualifications requises
Formation Licence en Informatique, Génie logiciel, Technologies de l'information ou domaine connexe. Des certifications supplémentaires en plateformes cloud ou en développement logiciel sont un atout.
Expérience 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en développement logiciel. Expérience de travail dans des environnements Agile. Expérience pratique en développement d'applications d'entreprise. Une implication préalable dans des initiatives de transformation numérique est préférée.
Compétences techniques Solides connaissances de : JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Python, développement d'API REST, Cloud computing, DevOps, bases de données SQL, Git, tests logiciels, sécurité des applications, architecture de microservices, développement backend, développement frontend, intégration de systèmes, développement d'applications mobiles, développement de logiciels d'entreprise.
Compétences comportementales souhaitées Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Solides compétences en communication et collaboration. Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets techniques. Engagement envers l'apprentissage continu et l'innovation. Approche centrée sur le client pour la livraison de logiciels.
