Présentation du poste : Sawa Citi Supermarket recherche un(e) Shopkeeper fiable et orienté(e) client pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes du magasin, gérer les stocks, assister les clients et veiller à ce que les produits soient correctement présentés et approvisionnés. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) jouera un rôle clé dans le maintien d'opérations de vente au détail efficaces et offrira une expérience d'achat exceptionnelle.
Responsabilités principales :
Accueillir et assister les clients de manière professionnelle. Maintenir la propreté du magasin et l'organisation des produits. Surveiller les niveaux de stock et coordonner les activités de réapprovisionnement. Effectuer les transactions en espèces et utiliser les systèmes de point de vente. Assurer l'exactitude des prix et de l'étiquetage des produits. Gérer les registres d'inventaire quotidiens et les comptages de stock. Participer à la mise en place des présentoirs et des promotions. Résoudre efficacement les demandes et réclamations des clients. Soutenir les procédures d'ouverture et de fermeture du magasin. Surveiller la qualité des produits et les dates d'expiration. Tenir une documentation appropriée des mouvements de stock. Contribuer aux objectifs de vente et de satisfaction client. Mettre en œuvre des pratiques efficaces de gestion des stocks. Assister lors des livraisons des fournisseurs et de la vérification des stocks. Respecter les procédures de sécurité et opérationnelles de l'entreprise.
Exigences de formation : Certificat d'études secondaires requis. Un diplôme en administration des affaires, gestion de la vente au détail ou commerce est un atout. Les certifications en formation au service à la clientèle sont bénéfiques.

** 1 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail, en supermarché ou en opérations de magasin. Une expérience dans la gestion du service client est préférée. Connaissances de base en contrôle des stocks et opérations de vente. La familiarité avec les systèmes de point de vente est un avantage.
