Responsabilités :
Maintenir les pelouses, parterres de fleurs, arbres et haies. Arroser les plantes et gérer les systèmes d'irrigation. Planter, tailler et remplacer la végétation selon les besoins. Contrôler les mauvaises herbes, les parasites et les maladies des plantes. Appliquer des engrais et du fumier pour favoriser la croissance des plantes. Garder le site propre (balayage, collecte et élimination des déchets). Utiliser et entretenir les outils et équipements de jardinage. Surveiller la santé des plantes et signaler tout problème. Suivre les directives de santé, sécurité et environnement. Soutenir les projets d'aménagement paysager et d'embellissement.

Certificat KCSE ; une formation en horticulture est un atout supplémentaire. Âge entre 25 et 35 ans. Capacité à entretenir les pelouses, fleurs, arbres et haies. Compétent dans l'utilisation des outils et équipements de jardinage (ex. tondeuses, débroussailleuses). Connaissance des soins aux plantes, de la gestion des sols et de la lutte antiparasitaire. Physiquement apte et capable de travailler en extérieur par tous les temps. Compréhension de base de l'irrigation et de la gestion de l'eau. Connaissance des pratiques de santé et de sécurité (utilisation d'équipements de protection, manipulation sécurisée des produits chimiques). Bonnes compétences en communication et capacité à suivre les instructions. Fiable, discipliné et capable de travailler de manière autonome ou en équipe. Carte d'identité nationale valide ; un certificat de bonne conduite est un atout supplémentaire.
