OVERVIEW Our client focuses on the development, production, sales and overseas technical service of lithium battery energy storage systems , offering but not limited to OEM and ODM service. A lithium battery energy storage product line with advanced technology and excellent quality control has been established, including residential energy storage system, small business energy storage system, residential LiFePO4 battery and portable power station. Mass production goods have been shipped to overseas markets and is looking to employ a Product Tech Support Engineer to work with. Main products : household energy storage batteries, household energy storage all-in-one machines, household movable energy storage systems, small commercial energy storage systems. WHAT YOU WILL DO Handle the company’s products in Ghana and after-sales technical service and product maintenance service Ensure the installation, commissioning and demonstration of the company’s products and pre-sales technical support in Ghana Manage the pre-sales technical performance explanation and customer technical exchange of the company’s products in Ghana Responsible for product technical training (including product installation and after-sales maintenance service) and technical guidance to dealers, agents and installers Participate in the marketing activities of the company’s products in Ghana; Provide technical performance explanation and technical support for the company’s overseas market activities Participate in the bidding work of the company’s overseas energy storage projects and the customer maintenance work of the company’s important customers Other temporary tasks REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES Degree or Masters Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering At least 3 years experience in technical support or after-sales service of energy storage products (e specially lithium battery products ) Knowledge of home storage unit products, energy storage systems or lithium batteries, inverters, UPS and ability to solve installation and maintenance problem Good expression, communication, explanation and other pre-sales ability Must be familiar with common electron mechanical equipment and energy storage system application knowledge Good research spirit and strong learning ability, and good team player Must be willing to abide by the company’s management rules and regulations, dedication, have team spirit Must be proficient in office software and instant communication apps such as
