Republic of Liberia Tel: +231-886-819-142 / +231-775-980-878 Email: edrinerockcrusherinc@gmail.com JOB DESCRIPTION: MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONAL CRUSHER HELPER Job Title Maintenance & Operational Crusher Helper (Worker) Department Plant Maintenance / Crushing Operations Reports To General Manager Location Zarzone Town, District 1, Margibi County, Liberia Employment Type Full-Time, On-Site Experience Required 1 year of relevant maintenance or quarry/crusher work experience JOB SUMMARY The Maintenance & Operational Crusher Helper supports the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the crushing plant and related equipment at Edrine Rock Crusher Inc. As a front-line, on-site leader, the Helper assists mechanics and plant operators with routine upkeep, cleaning, basic repairs, and material handling, helping to keep the crusher running safely and efficiently. The role reports directly to the General Manager and requires a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and close attention to safety in a physically demanding quarry environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as an on-site leader by setting a strong example of discipline, safety, and hard work for fellow helpers and site personnel. Assist the Excavator Mechanic and Plant Manager/Crushing Supervisor with routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, greasing, and basic servicing of the crusher and related equipment. Support the operation of the crushing plant by feeding materials, clearing blockages, and monitoring the flow of stone and aggregate through the crusher. Carry out general labor duties such as loading, unloading, stacking, and moving materials, tools, and spare parts around the site. Assist with minor repairs and adjustments to the crusher, conveyors, and associated machinery under the guidance of the mechanic or supervisor. Keep the crushing plant, workshop, and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards. Report any equipment malfunctions, unusual noises, leaks, or safety hazards to the Plant Manager/Crushing Supervisor or General Manager immediately. Follow all site safety procedures and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Assist with stockpile management, including moving and organizing crushed stone and aggregate by size and grade. Support other departments, such as loading trucks for drivers or assisting with deliveries, as needed. Participate in routine safety briefings and toolbox talks, and follow instructions from supervisors promptly and accurately. Carry out any other duties as reasonably assigned by the General Manager. EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance, general labor, or crusher/quarry operations is required. Basic literacy and numeracy sufficient to follow instructions, complete simple logs, and communicate site issues. Basic understanding of hand tools and simple mechanical tasks is an advantage. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from mechanics, supervisors, and the General Manager. Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in an outdoor quarry environment. Honesty and integrity in handling company tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to follow instructions accurately and ask questions when unsure. WORKING CONDITIONS Based on-site at the Edrine Rock Crusher Inc. quarry in Zarzone Town, District 1, Margibi County, working primarily around the crushing plant and workshop. Exposure to outdoor conditions, dust, noise, and heavy machinery typical of a quarry and crushing environment. Physically demanding work involving lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. May require early morning, evening, or occasional weekend work to support production schedules. Adherence to all site safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
