We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Operations Officer (Retail) Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Pharmaceutical Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Officer to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of our client’s pharmaceutical business. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, effective inventory management, and seamless coordination across departments to support business growth and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations. – Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent stock shortages or overstocking. Ensure compliance with company policies, pharmaceutical regulations, and operational procedures. Prepare and submit operational reports to management. Supervise and support staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standards. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and other departments to achieve operational objectives. Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvements. – Monitor the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and operational resources. – Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping. Perform other operational duties as assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Pharmacy, or any related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operations role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industry. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accountability. What We Offer Competitive salary of N200,000 – N250,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
