One Acre Fund, founded in 2006, equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. In Zambia, from our hub in Kabwe, we manage a specialized program of climate-smart inputs and agroforestry to address challenges such as erratic rainfall and soil degradation. In partnership with local tree nursery operators, we produce and distribute agroforestry trees that enrich soils and build long-term resilience.
Responsibilities
As a Zambia MEL Senior Specialist (Fixed-term), you will be responsible for managing and improving the monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) systems for our programs in Zambia.
Desired Profile
We are looking for an experienced MEL professional with a strong background in designing and implementing data collection, analysis, and reporting systems. Knowledge of the agricultural context in Africa is an asset.
