Job Summary: Provide accurate translation of business documents, contracts, policies, and training manuals (Chinese-English). Act as the primary interpreter for management during high-level meetings, site visits, and negotiations with suppliers or government officials. Localize company SOPs to ensure clarity for local staff.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Translation and Interpretation: Provide accurate translation of business documents, contracts, policies, and training manuals (Chinese-English). Act as the primary interpreter for management during high-level meetings, site visits, and negotiations with suppliers or government officials. Localize company SOPs to ensure clarity for local staff.
2. Operations Management:
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor local teams (e.g., baristas, logistics staff). Handle recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store/project operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, service levels, and hygiene regulations.
Financial and Inventory Control: Assist with budget planning, cost control, and inventory management. Ensure the branch operates within budget.
Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication between Chinese expatriate managers and local employees to foster a positive work culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Language Skills: Native/fluent English and fluent Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or higher is strongly preferred). Must be able to read/write complex business documents in both languages.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, International Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role. Experience in the food and beverage (F&B), retail, or logistics sectors is a plus. Previous experience working with Chinese companies is a distinct advantage.
Required Skills: Strong leadership skills, cross-cultural communication, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work under pressure.
