Job Context: ACHU SOLAR, a subsidiary of LONGSKY INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO.LTD, provides a comprehensive range of solar products, including solar panels, storage batteries, charge controllers, and inverters, and offers integrated and customized solar power systems for residential and commercial use. As part of our business expansion in Uganda, we are looking for a good salesperson.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, contact, and develop potential customers for solar equipment.
Present and propose customized solar solutions to clients.
Achieve the monthly individual sales targets set by the company.
Maintain long-term customer relationships and coordinate basic after-sales support.Desired Profile:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
At least 1 year of proven sales experience is preferred. Outstanding recent graduates with strong sales internship experience will also be considered.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on sales targets.
Basic professional knowledge of solar products is a plus.Minimum Qualification: High school level.
Experience: No experience / Less than 1 year.
Language Required: English.
