Travelclazz recherche un(e) Travel & Tour Sales, Marketing and Travel Coordination Executive dynamique, orienté(e) résultats et centré(e) sur le client, pour stimuler la croissance de l'entreprise à travers la vente et le marketing, tout en coordonnant des expériences de voyage fluides pour les clients. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) identifiera de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, promouvra les produits et services de voyage, développera les relations clients et coordonnera les voyages nationaux et internationaux. Le poste offre des opportunités de voyages d'affaires, d'événements touristiques, de voyages de familiarisation et des incitations à la performance attractives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree ou HND en Marketing, Business Administration, Tourisme, Hôtellerie ou domaine connexe. Une certification professionnelle en voyage est un atout. Expérience : 2 à 4 ans dans le voyage, le tourisme, la vente, le marketing ou le service client.
Responsabilités clés
Promouvoir et vendre des produits et services de voyage et de tourisme. Générer des leads, acquérir de nouveaux clients et atteindre les objectifs de vente. Préparer des devis, propositions et itinéraires de voyage. Coordonner les réservations de vols, hôtels, visas, assurances, transferts et circuits. Assurer la liaison avec les compagnies aériennes, ambassades, hôtels et partenaires de voyage. Gérer les demandes des clients et offrir un service excellent. Exécuter des campagnes marketing et représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements. Préparer des rapports de vente et de performance et tenir à jour les dossiers clients.
