Construction Manager
Jobberman Third Party recrute un Construction Manager pour bâtir et diriger son département Projets. Le candidat retenu aura la charge de planifier, exécuter et livrer des projets de plomberie, tout en développant des systèmes qui améliorent la productivité, la qualité et la rentabilité. Ce poste ne se limite pas à la supervision de chantier : nous recherchons une personne capable de construire une culture de gestion de projet.
Responsabilités principales
Le candidat retenu sera responsable de :
Planifier les projets avant le début des travaux sur site. Préparer les plannings de projet. Gérer la main-d'œuvre. Coordonner les besoins d'approvisionnement. Superviser les équipes sur site. Gérer les sous-traitants. Assurer le suivi de la qualité. Gérer les coûts du projet. Préparer des rapports d'avancement hebdomadaires. Gérer la communication avec les clients. Animer les réunions de projet. Conduire l'adoption de Zoho Projects. Former les ingénieurs et superviseurs juniors. Veiller à ce que les projets soient réalisés en toute sécurité, dans les délais et dans le respect du budget.
Exigences essentielles
Diplôme ou HND en Construction Management, Génie Civil, Génie Mécanique ou Technologie du Bâtiment. Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans la construction. Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets de bâtiments commerciaux.
