Reporting to the Supply Chain & Procurement department, you will be responsible for customer relations and promoting our products through digital channels.
Missions
Welcome customers in-store and online, ensuring excellent service and driving sales. Manage stock, monitor inventory levels, and maintain accurate daily sales records. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on social media. Respond promptly to online inquiries, process orders, and follow up on leads. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Desired Profile
Minimum SSCE (High School). 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales and digital marketing/social media. Good communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation. Honest, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Location
Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.
Compensation
NGN 100,000–150,000 per month.
