Responsabilités clés :
Gérer le traitement complet de la paie du personnel et assurer le décaissement en temps opportun.
Superviser les comptes fournisseurs/clients, le suivi des dépenses et les rapprochements.
Préparer les rapports et états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
Tenir le grand livre, assurer la conformité avec les exigences fiscales et réglementaires du Ghana.
Assurer la comptabilité du portefeuille de prêts, les calculs d'intérêts et les provisions pour dépréciation.
Assister aux audits, à la budgétisation et à la prévision des flux de trésorerie.
Mettre en œuvre et surveiller les contrôles internes pour un environnement de microcrédit.
Exigences :
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience comptable pertinente, de préférence dans la microfinance, la banque ou un secteur similaire.
Doit être comptable agréé, ou poursuivre activement le niveau 2 ou le niveau 3 d'une qualification comptable professionnelle reconnue (par exemple, ACCA, CA Ghana, ICAEW).
Solide connaissance des IFRS, des systèmes de paie et des logiciels comptables.
Niveau élevé de précision, d'intégrité et capacité à travailler sous des délais serrés.
