Profile: We are looking for an Architect who will be responsible for the design, planning, and supervision of the construction of buildings and structures. He/she will work closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet project requirements and comply with regulations.
Experience: Entry level, minimum 1 year of experience.
Language: English
Schedule: Full time, from 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings.
Prepare plans, specifications, and cost estimates for projects.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve materials, construction methods, and project changes.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Use architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or BIM tools to create designs and models.
Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.Required Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Experience: 1 to 2 years.
Professional license or registration according to local regulations.
Proficiency in architectural design software and drafting tools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project management principles.
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred skills: experience in sustainable and green design.
Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
