Employee Engagement Data Analyst
Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (covering the FY27 survey cycle, from October 2026 to February 2027)
Location: Fully remote
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or related field, or equivalent qualification/experience
Language Required: English
Context: The Employee Engagement Data Analyst is responsible for preparing data for World Vision's annual Our Voice survey. This role collaborates with HR colleagues worldwide and with the external survey provider (Perceptyx) to ensure every eligible employee is included, every record is accurate, and the database supports reliable and trustworthy results.
Key Responsibilities:
Data cleaning, merging, reconciliation, and submission: Prepare the global survey dataset by combining HR system data (Workday) with separately collected submissions. Apply business rules consistently and reconcile records from all data sources. Submit a single, validated dataset to the survey provider on time, with all quality checks completed.
Data collection: Ensure employee data is collected from offices operating outside the HR system (Workday). Collaborate with global HR
