Contexte : Mobile Plus Technologies est une entreprise fondée en 2010 en Chine, présente dans 15 pays : Chine, Nigeria, Afrique du Sud, Thaïlande, Myanmar, Singapour, Espagne, Éthiopie, Zimbabwe, Laos, Indonésie, Malaisie, Bangladesh, Kenya, Tanzanie. Depuis 2010, nous nous développons activement sur le marché international. En 5 ans, nous avons débuté notre collaboration avec 16 opérateurs mobiles.

Missions : Nous recherchons un professionnel de la vente orienté résultats, avec une solide expérience dans le secteur éducatif nigérian. Le candidat idéal exploitera son réseau existant de propriétaires d'écoles, directeurs et décideurs pour promouvoir l'adoption de notre plateforme de communication école-foyer dans les écoles privées et publiques du Nigeria. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with deep roots in the Nigerian education sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network of school owners, principals, and decision-makers to drive the adoption of our School Communication platform across private and public schools in Nigeria. Key Responsibilities: Drive the sales and adoption of our Smart School solutions to educational institutions. Identify, pitch, and close deals with school owners, proprietors/proprietresses, principals, and key decision-makers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educational stakeholders.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of school administrators. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs to help refine our product offerings.

Profil recherché

Extensive Network (Crucial): MUST possess a strong, proven, and active network of relationships with school owners, proprietors/proprietresses, principals, and educational decision-makers in Nigeria. (This is a non-negotiable requirement). EdTech/Software Background: Proven track record of at least 4 years in B2B software sales, specifically within the EdTech, School Management Systems (SMS), or educational software industry. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close complex B2B deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.

Compétences requises

Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English. Mobility: Willingness to travel across various states in Nigeria to meet with school stakeholders.
