We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with deep roots in the Nigerian education sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network of school owners, principals, and decision-makers to drive the adoption of our School Communication platform across private and public schools in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the sales and adoption of our Smart School solutions to educational institutions.
Identify, pitch, and close deals with school owners, proprietors/proprietresses, principals, and key decision-makers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with educational stakeholders.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of school administrators.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs to help refine our product offerings.
Profil recherché
Extensive Network (Crucial): MUST possess a strong, proven, and active network of relationships with school owners, proprietors/proprietresses, principals, and educational decision-makers in Nigeria. (This is a non-negotiable requirement).
EdTech/Software Background: Proven track record of at least 4 years in B2B software sales, specifically within the EdTech, School Management Systems (SMS), or educational software industry.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to close complex B2B deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to implementation.
Compétences requises
Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
Mobility: Willingness to travel across various states in Nigeria to meet with school stakeholders.
