** Renforcer les relations avec les prestataires de soins de santé et assurer une prestation de services sans faille aux membres, tout en menant des initiatives de bien-être qui améliorent les résultats de santé des membres et réduisent les coûts de sinistres à long terme. Le rôle équilibre la gestion opérationnelle des prestataires avec la conception et la mise en œuvre de programmes de santé préventive et de bien-être.

Formation académique et qualifications pertinentes :
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in nursing, Clinical Medicine, Public Health, Health Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Registration and valid practicing license with a recognized professional body (e.g., Nursing Council of Kenya, Clinical Officers Council, Pharmacy and Poisons Board).
Training or certification in wellness, preventive healthcare, care management, or chronic disease management would be an added advantage.
Training in health insurance, claims management, or medical underwriting would be an added advantage.
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in healthcare provider relations, medical insurance, care management, wellness coordination, clinical operations, or a related healthcare environment.
Experience working with healthcare providers, corporate clients, members, or insurance operations would be preferred.
