Sous supervision, vous soutenez l'équipe de gestion de clientèle dans le développement et la gestion des relations pour favoriser l'expansion et le renouvellement des contrats sur l'ensemble des solutions, dans les comptes assignés du segment fondamental. Vous contribuez à minimiser l'attrition et à maximiser la rétention, tout en apprenant à identifier les opportunités. Vous participez à la satisfaction client tout au long du cycle d'achat, en assistant à la rédaction des accords commerciaux. Sous guidance directe, vous interagissez avec les clients pour traiter leurs préoccupations et développez votre capacité à recommander des solutions possibles proposées par l'organisation. Vous apprenez à générer de la demande en identifiant les besoins actuels des clients et en les engageant via les canaux de marketing digital. Vous développez la capacité à bâtir des relations durables et à comprendre le secteur d'activité du client, son environnement commercial et sa stratégie pour identifier les opportunités présentes et futures pour l'entreprise. Vous articulez efficacement la valeur ajoutée de l'entreprise à travers nos services et solutions, en mettant l'accent sur les offres de produits NTT. Sous supervision, vous influencez et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs pour atteindre les résultats requis. Vous utilisez les outils et la méthodologie de vente de l'entreprise pour gérer efficacement le territoire, les comptes, les opportunités, le pipeline et les prévisions. Vous développez des canaux de communication ouverts et efficaces avec chaque client dans le compte assigné. Job Field Sales and Business Development Key Responsibilities: Supports the Client Management team in managing and growing relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts in the foundational segment. Assists with minimizing churn and maximizing retention as well as learning how to uncover opportunities. Under supervision, assists with driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process, by assisting with the commercial agreement for each client. Under direct guidance, engages with clients to address concerns and develops ability to provide recommends possible solutions that can be delivered by the organization. Develops the ability to generate demand by assisting with the identification of client current needs and engages clients through digital marketing channels. Learns how to build enduring relationships and develops an understanding of the client industry, business environment and strategy to identify current and future opportunities for the company. Effectively articulates how the company can add value through our services and solutions, with a focus on NTT product offerings. Under supervision, influences and works closely with vendors to achieve required results. Uses company's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage territory, accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast. Develops open and effective channels of communication in with each client within the assigned account. Assists with revenue growth by inspiring clients to procure additional services. Becomes the reliable point of contact for clients that is required to establish a strong business relationship. Aims to achieve performance targets and exploit opportunities, whilst displaying notable client service orientation. Works under supervision to implement and/or align governance and compliance policies in own practice area to identify and manage risk exposure liability.
