Programme : En tant que Clinical Officer Management Trainee chez Sarova Hotels, vous participerez à un programme structuré de deux ans visant à développer vos compétences cliniques, opérationnelles et de leadership pour exceller dans la gestion des soins de santé au sein de l'industrie hôtelière.

Une formation complète par rotation dans tous les départements de l'hôtel et des déplacements dans divers hôtels, resorts et lodges Sarova. Diplôme minimum en médecine clinique et chirurgie (Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery) d'une institution reconnue. Être inscrit auprès du Clinical Officers Council.Posséder une licence d'exercice valide et être membre d'un organisme professionnel pertinent. Excellentes compétences en service client, communication et relations interpersonnelles. Passion pour l'innovation en matière de soins de santé. Potentiel de leadership démontré et volonté de réussir. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide. Flexibilité pour voyager selon les besoins.
