Missions : Le consultant sera responsable de la mise en œuvre des améliorations fonctionnelles et techniques approuvées, du développement et de la maintenance de composants logiciels, de l'exécution de tests techniques, de la correction des défauts identifiés, du soutien aux activités de tests fonctionnels et de l'assistance lors du déploiement des solutions planifiées. Le consultant devra garantir la qualité technique, la stabilité, la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement des fonctionnalités développées conformément aux spécifications fonctionnelles approuvées.

Formation : Licence ou diplôme supérieur en informatique, systèmes d'information, technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe, attesté par un diplôme académique.
Expérience professionnelle : Expérience avérée dans le développement et la mise en œuvre réussis d'au moins un (1) système d'information critique de niveau entreprise, y compris des environnements avec transactions distribuées, tolérance aux pannes et haute disponibilité. Expérience démontrée dans : a) le développement, l'acquisition, la personnalisation et la spécification de systèmes d'information critiques développés en Java ; b) une connaissance solide et une expérience d'Enterprise Architect ou d'un outil de modélisation similaire ; c) la modélisation de données, UML, BPMN, la modélisation de cas d'utilisation et les diagrammes de séquence ; d) le travail avec des bases de données Oracle ou PostgreSQL.
Langues : Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en portugais.
Connaissances / Expertise / Compétences : Expérience dans des projets utilisant des méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban) et/ou des méthodologies traditionnelles (Waterfall) ; certification OCUP 2 (OMG Certified UML Professional) ; certifications Microsoft, Oracle ou AWS en analyse et intégration de systèmes. Souhaitables : excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement à la fois de manière indépendante et en équipe ; forte capacité à transférer des connaissances techniques et à maintenir des relations de travail coopératives et efficaces avec les autorités nationales ; expérience avérée dans le développement d'un ou plusieurs modules e-SISTAFE ou de systèmes similaires de soutien à la gestion des finances publiques ; excellente capacité à traiter des questions sensibles avec discrétion dans un environnement multiculturel. Certification CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) de l'IIBA.
