L'Unité de croissance inclusive de l'UNDP Mozambique organise un dialogue de haut niveau sous forme de petit-déjeuner d'affaires sur le financement du développement au Mozambique. L'événement réunira jusqu'à 25 représentants d'institutions financières, de microfinance, de fintech, d'entreprises du secteur extractif, d'institutions de financement du développement, de ministères, d'associations du secteur privé et d'agences des Nations Unies. Le dialogue utilisera la méthodologie World Café pour structurer les discussions autour de quatre thèmes : combler le fossé d'accès, la finance mixte et l'effet de levier des IFD, le contenu local comme financement du développement, et l'innovation en matière de finance numérique.
Missions
Sous la supervision de l'Unité de croissance inclusive de l'UNDP Mozambique, le volontaire en ligne fournira un soutien en matière de conception d'événements et de communication pour ce dialogue. Il concevra un ensemble concis de supports de marque, notamment : un modèle d'invitation formelle, un programme court pour les participants (incluant l'ordre du jour, l'objectif, la méthodologie World Café et les descriptions des tables thématiques), quatre cartes de table thématiques avec la question directrice pour chaque table, des panneaux de table simples identifiant chaque table, un modèle de badge nominatif pour les participants, et une bannière de bienvenue ou un en-tête d'événement pour le lieu (conception uniquement). Tous les supports doivent respecter les directives de marque de l'UNDP et être livrés en format modifiable et en PDF prêt à imprimer. La langue principale de l'événement est le portugais, certains supports étant préparés en version bilingue portugais et anglais. La mission nécessitera une coordination étroite avec le superviseur de l'UNDP, une soumission en temps voulu des ébauches et l'intégration d'un cycle de commentaires.

The Standard Basic Framework Agreement was signed in 1976, in less than a year after Independence, and establishes UNDP’s presence in the country. What do we want to accomplish? Programme priorities have been defined with national counterparts. UNDP focus is aligned with UNDP Strategic Plan 2022-2025, namely, a) Structural transformation accelerated, particularly green, inclusive, and digital transitions, b) No one left behind centering on equitable access to opportunities and a rights-based approach to human agency and human development, c) resilience built to respond to systemic uncertainty and risk and its six signatures solutions, Poverty and inequality; Governance; Resilience; Environment, Energy and Gender equality, focusing on three interlinked and transformative pillars: Supporting resilient and inclusive economic recovery and diversification, and sustainable livelihoods; Strengthening climate resilience and the sustainable use of natural resources; Promoting inclusive governance, justice, human rights and peace and social cohesion. Context Advertisement UNDP Mozambique’s Inclusive Growth Unit is organizing a high-level Business Breakfast Dialogue on Financing Development in Mozambique. The event will bring together up to 25 representatives from financial institutions, microfinance institutions, fintech operators, extractive industry companies, development finance institutions, government ministries, private sector associations and UN agencies. The dialogue will use the World Café methodology to support structured discussions around four thematic areas: closing the access gap, blended finance and DFI leverage, local content as development finance, and digital finance innovation. To support the event, UNDP Mozambique is seeking an Online Volunteer to design a concise package of branded event materials, including the invitation template, participant programme, thematic table cards, table signs, name badge template and welcome banner/event header. These materials will help ensure that the dialogue is professional, visually consistent and easy for participants to navigate. Task Description Under the supervision of the Inclusive Growth Unit at UNDP Mozambique, the Online Volunteer will provide event design and communications support for a high-level Business Breakfast Dialogue on Financing Development in Mozambique. The volunteer will design a concise package of branded materials to support participant communication, event facilitation and the professional presentation of the dialogue. All materials should follow UNDP branding guidelines and be delivered in editable format and print-ready PDF. The primary language of the event is Portuguese, with selected materials prepared bilingually in Portuguese and English. The volunteer will be expected to design the following materials: - A formal invitation template for invited participants - A short participant programme, including the event agenda, objective, World Café methodology and thematic table descriptions - Four thematic table cards with the guiding question for each discussion table - Simple table signs identifying each thematic table - A name badge template for participants - A welcome banner or event header design for the venue (design only) The assignment will require close coordination with the UNDP supervisor, timely submission of drafts, and incorporation of one round of feedback.
