Établir d'excellentes relations avec les partenaires Qcommerce de Glovo, en particulier les partenaires Retail et Spécialités (par exemple, pharmacies, tabacs, primeurs, boucheries, spiritueux, etc.) grâce à une communication cohérente et proactive, en identifiant leurs besoins et en renforçant l'engagement.
Être responsable de la performance commerciale de vos partenaires et assurer leur croissance. Élaborer des rapports et analyser les principaux KPI. Prendre des mesures pour atteindre vos objectifs et les OKR de l'entreprise.
Acquérir des partenaires et gérer les relations dans les villes en expansion (Mombasa, etc.) de bout en bout, de la ligne supérieure à la ligne inférieure du P&L.
Se déplacer dans d'autres villes pour recueillir les retours des partenaires et les traduire en améliorations produit, marketing et opérationnelles.
Garantir la qualité du contenu des partenaires.
Accroître la visibilité de Glovo grâce à des activations marketing avec les partenaires dans leurs magasins physiques.
Améliorer les revenus de Glovo par des renégociations de commissions et la monétisation de vos partenaires.

Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s Qcommerce partners especially Retail and Specialties partners (e.g. Pharmacies, Smoking, Green grocers, Butcheries, Liquor, etc.) through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement Be responsible for your partners' business performance and ensure their growth. Build reports and analyze main KPIs. Take action to reach your goals and company OKRs Acquire partners and own relationships in expansion cities (Mombasa etc.) from end to end, from the top to the bottom line of the P&L Travelling to other cities to get feedback from partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvement. Guarantee partners' content quality Increase Glovo's visibility through marketing activations with partners in their offline stores Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiations and monetization of your partners Be the main point of contact between Glovo's different areas and partners
Profil recherché
You have 2+ years of relevant hands-on sales experience / account management experience/Consulting experience
