Relief International (RI) is recruiting a Global Automation & IT System Specialist. This is a key role within RI's global IT function, responsible for transforming business processes through automation and digital solutions. Working closely with global support teams, country offices, and cross-functional working groups, you will lead automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, while also supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and central IT system administration. Approximately 60% of the role is dedicated to automation, reporting, and digital transformation, with the remaining 40% focused on broader IT systems support.
Key Responsibilities
This role includes the following responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies to improve organizational efficiency.
Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and data solutions that support decision-making across multiple departments.
Lead the administration, support, and migration of business processes from Smartsheet to the Microsoft Power Platform environment.
Administer and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and integrated workflow solutions.
Support global IT operations, including Azure/Entra ID administration, user access management, system infrastructure support, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
You bring the following experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in developing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Automate in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fx, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience in supporting IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, user administration, and system integration.
Experience working with Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and business process improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively within global teams.
Professional proficiency in English is essential. Microsoft Power Automate RPA certifications and knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies are desirable.
