Aftersales Trade Developer (Automotive) - 20k plus commission

Objectif global du poste : Votre rôle principal sera d'approfondir l'après-vente par le biais de la prospection, de la génération de leads, de l'engagement client et des ventes dans votre région. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le concessionnaire pour offrir une expérience de possession totale exceptionnelle en assurant la satisfaction client, en maximisant la disponibilité des véhicules, en générant des revenus et en soutenant la croissance de l'activité dans le segment après-vente.

Les responsabilités clés incluent :

Atteinte des objectifs de revenus – par ligne de pièce et revenu Stimuler les ventes de sortie (expansion des revenus et des unités de stock) dans les concessions assignées. Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de revenus des concessionnaires grâce à une planification proactive et un suivi des performances. Assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de vente et recommander des améliorations de processus. Collaborer à la définition des objectifs de vente annuels pour le territoire. Taux de conversion du funnel de vente.

Soutien client :

Soutenir l'engagement client via des forums, la collecte de feedbacks et la communication sur les nouveaux produits. Respect de l'utilisation du CRM et des plans de route. Escalade rapide des problèmes clients au concessionnaire.

**Reporting :**Compilation quotidienne de l'atteinte des objectifs. Suivi et analyse des tendances mensuelles sur les marchés assignés. Préparation de tableaux de bord pour les revues hebdomadaires. Soumission de rapports réguliers sur la performance du territoire, les indicateurs des concessionnaires et les plans d'action.

Intelligence marché :

Surveiller et rapporter les activités des concurrents. Fournir des insights clients via l'identification et la suggestion de pièces ou services répondant à leurs besoins.

Activation marché :

Planifier et exécuter des initiatives marketing terrain, c'est-à-dire road shows, market storms et activations.

Les qualifications minimales incluent :

Diplôme de fin d'études ou Diplôme (automobile/génie mécanique – souhaitable) Compréhension des pièces et services de véhicules à moteur est un atout supplémentaire. KCSE C – Au moins un an d'expérience en vente externe, marketing, promotions, merchandising ou expérience en tant qu'ambassadeur de marque

Job Field Sales and Business Development Overall Purpose of the Job Your main role shall be to deepen aftersales through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement and sales in your region. In this role, you will work closely with the dealer to deliver exceptional total ownership experience by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing vehicle uptime, revenue generation and supporting business growth in the aftersales segment. Employment Type: Contract The key responsibilities include: Attainment of Revenue targets – per part line and revenue Drive sell-out sales (Revenue and Store Keeping Unit expansion) across assigned dealerships. Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring. Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures and recommend process improvements. Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory. Conversion rates from the sales funnel. Customer support Support customer engagement through forums, feedback collection, and new product communication. Adherence to CRM usage & route plans. Timely escalation of customer issues to the dealer. Reporting Daily collation of target achievement. Track and Analysis monthly trends within assigned markets. Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews. Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans. Market intelligence Monitor and report on competitor activities. Provide customer insights through identification and suggestion of parts or services that will meet their needs. Market activation Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives i.e. road shows, market storms, and activations.

Profil recherché

The minimum qualifications include the following:

Formation / Diplômes

Graduate Degree or Diploma (automotive/mechanical engineering – desirable) Understanding motor vehicle parts and service is an added advantage.
