Min Qualification: Diploma Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Conduct physical and chemical tests on crude oil, petroleum products, and related samples. Follow ASTM, ISO, API, and internal test methods and procedures. Prepare samples for analysis and ensure proper labeling and handling. Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Record test results accurately and assist in preparing laboratory reports. Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance procedures. Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working practices in the laboratory. Report any equipment malfunction, deviations, or non-conformities to the supervisor. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related scientific field. Experience in a petroleum or industrial laboratory is an advantage. Basic knowledge of laboratory testing methods and equipment. Ability to follow procedures with accuracy and attention to detail. Good teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Working Conditions Laboratory-based role. May involve shift work depending on operational requirements.
