** L'UNICEF recherche un consultant pour élaborer une stratégie de financement innovant pour le gouvernement de la Guinée, visant à soutenir la mise en œuvre de la Vision Simandou 2040. Ce poste consiste à identifier et évaluer les instruments de financement innovant pertinents, analyser leur faisabilité juridique et financière, et renforcer les capacités des institutions publiques.
Missions : Le consultant réalisera un diagnostic approfondi du paysage financier guinéen, y compris la cartographie des flux de financement existants et l'évaluation de la soutenabilité de la dette.

** Le poste requiert une expérience approfondie en finance souveraine et en opérations de financement innovant, en particulier dans les pays à faible ou moyen revenu. Master en finances publiques, économie, administration publique ou domaine connexe. Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en finance souveraine ou financement du développement. Expérience avérée en opérations de financement innovant pour les gouvernements. Expertise en financement des secteurs du capital humain. Expérience en Afrique subsaharienne, de préférence dans les zones CEDEAO ou UEMOA. Connaissance des agences de notation de crédit et des marchés de capitaux internationaux. Maîtrise du français ; l'anglais est un atout.
