** Le National Project Officer appuiera et coordonnera l'élaboration, la mise en œuvre, le suivi et la communication des activités de projet à Maurice et aux Seychelles, sous la supervision du Chef de mission.
Missions : Le rôle implique la supervision des aspects financiers, administratifs et techniques du projet, la fourniture de conseils au personnel du projet, et la garantie de la conformité avec les exigences des donateurs. L'agent collaborera également avec diverses parties prenantes, notamment les agences des Nations Unies et les entités gouvernementales, afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du projet et de contribuer à l'élaboration de nouveaux projets. En outre, le poste nécessite la rédaction de rapports et la participation à des forums pertinents pour promouvoir les questions liées à la migration.

** Master dans un domaine pertinent ou diplôme universitaire avec sept ans d'expérience. Expérience en suivi et évaluation de programmes. Expérience en développement de projets et renforcement des capacités. Familiarité avec la gestion financière et administrative. Compréhension des enjeux migratoires. Expérience dans l'organisation de consultations et d'ateliers. Capacité à établir des relations de travail solides avec les parties prenantes. Bonnes compétences en supervision et coordination. Connaissance des programmes de l'ONU et des donateurs bilatéraux. Bonnes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles.
