Relevant academic degree in International Development or related field At least 10 years of professional experience Minimum 5 years in senior management role within INGO Proven experience in strategic planning and oversight Significant experience in organisational development Strong financial management expertise Demonstrated success in advocacy and partnership development Excellent people leadership skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Fluency in English and French Commitment to Christian values and CBM’s mandate
