About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Lead to oversee and optimize daily operations within our growing solar energy company. This role is critical in ensuring seamless project execution, efficient resource management, and high-quality service delivery across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operational activities across projects and teams

Oversee solar installation projects from planning to execution and completion

Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity

Coordinate with technical, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and logistics for solar equipment

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years’ experience in operations management, preferably in renewable energy or construction

Strong knowledge of solar systems and installation processes is an advantage

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
